This guide will show you how to connect to your Sunkenland Server
Purchase a Sunkenland Server from Ascend Servers today
Note: Please stop the server before applying any changes.
The first step is to open your Game Panel and navigate to your server.
Sunkenland does not generate a default world by default to the server.
This requires a few small configurations to get the server to work.
The first option is to make a world with the game panel:
Select "Mod Manager" on the Game Panel and install the world. This will install
a basic world in "world1". The name can be edited by following this guide here
This adds the GUID to the folder and to our Commandline Manager.
The second option is to upload your own world:
If you have a world already, you can upload it to the server with either
the Game Panel's File Manager or an FTP program like Filezilla.
Upload your save file into the "worlds1" folder in the server.
To get your local save, you can open your File Explorer and navigate here:
C:\Users\<your user>\AppData\LocalLow\Vector3 Studio\Sunkenland\Worlds
If you have multiple worlds, select the one you want to be transferred
and Pack it as a Zip File , and upload it to "worlds1" folder on the server.
After uploading, extract the zip to "worlds1" and it should be a success.
You can adjust the world's name (before "~" ) before turning it to a Zip,
This will be what the server name will be after uploading to "worlds1".
After uploading the save file to the server, go to "Commandline Manager",
then click "Modify" to edit the GUID of the server. The GUID is the text
after "~" on the world folder. Let's use our world file name as an example:
Ascendsupport's World~c5c4a6e6-5891-44a4-9624-997210313fb6
The GUID would be "c5c4a6e6-5891-44a4-9624-997210313fb6". Copy this
then paste into the "Commandline Manager". Click apply after pasting.
After hitting apply on the Commandline manager.
Select "Create symlink" and wait for it to complete.
You can start the server after following the steps above.
If successful, The web console should have a message like this:
This means the server is up and running and can be joined into.
You can get the Server Region by looking into the "Commandline Manager"
