Ark Non Clustered
There are two commandlines that Ark will run when it is not clustered. Default Ark/Ark with Mods
These two command line entries point to the save directory of File Manager > \ShooterGame\Saved\SavedArks\
This will remain here unless it is removed, regardless of whether the server is switched to a cluster.
Ark Clustered
Upon clustering, Ark will execute the Enable Clustering
The server's save directory will change when this command line is executed; the master contains both the slave and master saves.
The Masters save directory will look like this File Manager > \ShooterGame\Saved\11981\
And the slaves look like this File Manager > \ShooterGame\Saved\12863\
You can determine which save represents the Masters and which represents the Slaves by examining the commandline.

It indicates that the server's saved data will be directed to 11981. You should interpret that as AltSaveDirectoryName=11981.
If you have been playing on a save for a regular Ark server, and clustered it, you would Locally grab the save from the
File Manager > \ShooterGame\Saved\SavedArks\ Directory and put it in AltSaveDirectoryName=11981 Directory
Additionally, it's crucial to execute the workshop updater to ensure that all mods are properly configured. This step ensures that upon loading the save, all your S+ structures and mod dinos are preserved.
